An initiative by Mercedes-Benz Sundaram Motors on Women’s Day to inspire their women employees. TVS Sundaram Motors has always been one of the most employee friendly organizations in India and this was one of their many TeX (total employee experience) initiatives. The event was held at the Chennai facility of Sundaram Motors and it had all women employees participating through’ video conferencing from eight other Mercedes-Benz Sundaram Motors facilities across Karnataka & Tamil Nadu .

Five prominent, impactful & inspiring women personalities of Chennai took the stage & engaged the audience. The group of 5 included fashion designer Anuradha Bisani, Businesswoman & fashion icon Vimmi Deepak, home makers & yoga healing aficionados Shivani Khemka & Rajshree Lunawath, with Sarika Kumbhat, Director at Kumbhat Group of companies & a meditation cognoscente. They took turns and spoke of the hurdles that they overcame in their quest.

The ladies also responded to queries from the live audience & acted as true catalysts of change for the young women workforce. One of the highlights of the event was a surprise for the ladies wherein they got a chance to get behind the wheel of India’s first Luxury electric SUV, the Mercedes-Benz EQC (Electric Intelligence) & drive it across the East Coast Road.
