Gourmet At BBC: Food is unlike any restaurant and has a variety of Indian cuisine with a cheesy twist. The Executive souse Chef of BBC and Radio Room, Chef Venkat has experience of 16 years. He says, “BBC was a cafe before and now we have changed it into an Indian restaurant with Indian fusion food. Most of the recipes are curated by Chef Sandy alongwith other chefs. We have tried something very unique like infusing cheese in all the Indian dishes. We also prepare Continental food in Indian style. BBC is a mixture of authentic Indian food with fusion elements.”
